Help with the OVERWATCHED app and web game

Email ryan.zhaokunbo@icloud.com with your device model, iOS version and what happened. I usually reply within a few days.

Phone and tablet: move with the left thumb, drag on the right side to look, tap the red button to fire. AIM scopes in and out, WALL toggles your wallhack.
Keyboard and mouse: WASD to move, mouse to look, click to fire, right-click or Z to aim, R to reload, 1/2/3 to switch weapons, Q and E for your hacks.
Win fights to earn money, then spend it in Loadout & Shop on guns, tools and hacks. The more gear you bring, the tougher the bots get, and the more you earn.

Where is my progress saved? Only on your device. Deleting the app deletes your progress.
Does it need the internet? Only for online matches with real players. Without a connection, or with "Online matches" off in Settings, you play offline against bots.
Who am I playing with? Online matches fill with real players first; bots take any empty slots, so a match always starts straight away.
Are there ads or purchases? No ads and no in-app purchases in the app. Everything is unlocked with in-game money.
The game feels slow. Close other apps. The game lowers its own graphics quality automatically on slower devices.
